What to include

Response times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During high-volume periods it may take up to two business days. You do not need to follow up unless a week has passed without a reply.
For billing questions, include the email address linked to your purchase and the approximate date of the transaction. This helps us locate your account and respond more quickly. Anonymous enquiries are also welcome — you do not need to identify yourself to ask a general product question.
